Founded by Iona Joshua, THEACTRICAL Academy of Drama and Arts was born from her passion for the significance of drama classes in not only honing dramatic talents, but also in fostering essential life skills that are invaluable for personal and professional growth and development. This passion extends into every aspect of the high-quality training we aim to provide.

Whilst a large part of our focus is on nurturing our students' performance abilities, we also firmly believe that the benefits of drama classes extend far beyond the stage. The techniques and principles taught in drama classes serve as powerful tools that can equip students with a wide range of essential life skills such as confidence and self-expression, effective communication and collaboration, creativity and problem-solving, and empathy and emotional intelligence.

Essentially, our training aims to use the power of drama to unlock individual potential and shape well-rounded individuals who are not only skilled performers but also confident, adaptable, and empathetic human beings.
